During her 25-year career as a research psychologist with the federal government, Anne Hoiberg published two books and more than 130 scientific articles, book chapters and reports. She currently serves as the Co-President of the League of Women Voters of San Diego, President of the International Museum of Human Rights at San Diego and President of the Southern California Association of the National League of American Pen Women. She serves as an officer or is on the board of many local and national organizations devoted to women’s rights, human rights and international issues.
