Michael Ramsey, Professor of Law, University of San Diego. Ramsey received his J.D. at Stanford Law School. Ramsey has clerked for Clifford Wallace of the Court of Appeals, San Diego and Antonin Scalia at the United States Supreme Court. He presented “Chief Justice John Marshall: The Man Who Made Us a Nation” to the CEC.
