Kevin Keenan is an Attorney and Executive Director of the ACLU of San Diego and Imperial Counties. Keenan graduated from Yale Law School in 2002 and served as a Cyrus Vance Summer Fellow in International Human Rights. Keenan was Editor –in –Chief of the Yale Human Rights and Development Law Journal.
