Robert Donnelly is the coordinator for the Justice in Mexico Project for the Trans-Border Institute (TBI). Donnelly earned his Master’s degree in Latin American Studies at The University of California, San Diego. His bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and History were earned at the University of Georgia in Athens.
