Dr. Fuller is Professor of Hebrew Bible in the Department of Religious Studies at the University of San Diego. He holds a Ph.D. from Harvard in Hebrew Bible. Fuller is also a member of the international team of editors of the Dead Sea Scrolls. His lectures for the CEC were on the topic of the Dead Sea Scrolls.
