Colonel Epstein has served in Vietnam focusing on anti-terrorist operations. Colonel Epstein was Chief of the Training Division, Office of Anti Terrorism Assistance for the U.S. Department of State for 13 years. He also served as the Chief of Police of Savannah, Georgia for 5 years. At the CEC, he has lectured on Homeland Security.
