Dan Conway graduated from the University of Maryland in 1962. His graduate work was in Maryland, Switzerland and in Honduras. Conway worked for 12 years with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). In 2009 he lectured at the CEC on U.N. Refugee Work.
