Dr. Vojin Joksimovich was born, raised and educated in Belgrade, former Yugoslavia. At the age of eight, he was an eyewitness and sole survivor of Nazi bombing which instantly killed seven family members. He holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from the Imperial College, London University and is a nuclear power plant safety specialist. He originated over 125 professional publications presented at various international conferences, published over 50 newspaper columns and delivered over 40 talks on Balkan conflicts. Author of Kosovo Crisis: A Study in Foreign Policy Mismanagement and The Revenge of the Prophet: How Clinton and Predecessors Empowered Radical Islam. At the CEC, Dr. Joksimovich has lectured on the topic of the Nuclear Renaissance.
