Bachelor of Science, Psychology- University of East LondonGarrett has served as a Board Member for the Center for Social Advocacy, Chair for Commission on Aging, a former Board Member of the Air Quality Board and also a former Board Member on the Radiation Task Force. Aside from the many positions he has held, he also has volunteered his time to the CEC, lecturing on An Aging World.
